• Shipping Methods and Times

ALFAMETRIX ships all orders via express courier within all European Union countries. Delivery times vary depending on the selected destination. On average, your order will be delivered within 3-8 business days after payment is received. After your product is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress. Couriers generally require a signature upon delivery: before signing, please ensure the package is intact. If the package is not completely intact, it should be accepted with “reservation.” In this case, we recommend taking a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it.

• Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will see the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

• International Shipping

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or additional fees, which are always the customer’s responsibility. For customers without a VAT number, VAT will be charged at checkout.

• Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for resending the package.

• Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.
