ALFAMETRIX guarantees that its products are free from manufacturing defects for a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• ALFAMETRIX’s sole responsibility under this Warranty is limited to the repair or, at ALFAMETRIX’s discretion, the replacement of the equipment free of charge, provided Proof of Purchase is supplied. For this purpose, a sales invoice may be used.
• This Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, electrical shocks, lightning, or if the product has been altered or repaired by entities other than authorized Service Centers for instruments sold by our company.
• ALFAMETRIX is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of third-party software.
• Within the European Union, the Right of Withdrawal applies. This means that customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, but only if the order was placed in error and/or the product remains unused. Once used, the product is not eligible for a refund (as it cannot be resold as new).

Repair Costs: If under warranty, equipment sold by ALFAMETRIX will be repaired or replaced free of charge, unless it has been damaged (including, but not limited to, broken screens, damaged casings, chemical exposure, or liquid damage) due to accidents, misuse, improper use, natural disasters, insufficient power supply, electrical shocks, abnormal mechanical or environmental stress, or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. If the repaired unit is out of warranty, the customer will be contacted by the technical department with a repair estimate.
